Dorothy Siminovitch

Dorothy Siminovitch, PhD, MCC, is principal of Gestalt Coaching Works, LLC. She is an ICF Master Certified Coach and consultant to organizational leaders worldwide. She is a founder, co-owner, and faculty of the Eurasian Gestalt Coaching Program (EGCP) in Istanbul, an ICF-accredited program.

Dorothy received her doctorate from Case Western Reserve University’s
Department of Organizational Behavior. She served as a professional
faculty member at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, and was a Board
member of the International Consortium for Coaching in Organizations
(ICCO). Dorothy focuses her practice on coaching for high performance in
individuals, groups, and organizations.
