“The greatest gift that I received in the course of my work at GISC is this: that I have been able to let go of the need to single-handedly ‘do it all.’ Instead, I’ve learned a new way of partnering with my staff and colleagues so that we work together effectively towards to common goal. I’ve gained an appreciation of the power of awareness and the cycle of individual experience, and a new understanding of the important role each person plays in the success of an organization. I’ve also been able to use this new way of being in my personal life, and it has made a huge difference. I can honestly say that my experience at GISC was nothing short of life-changing.” Lucy Loomis, Director |
