Edwin C. Nevis, Ph.D., is co-founder and Board Chair of GISC. He and Sonia March Nevis also helped to found the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland and its OSD Programs. His career includes 17 years on the faculty of the MIT Sloan School of Management. He is the author of Organizational Consulting: A Gestalt Approach, and Intentional Revolutions: A Seven-Point Strategy for Transforming Organizations.
