The Cape Cod Model is a unique, optimistic and accessible Gestalt approach to working with individuals, small groups, and organizations. This radically simple and powerful model is based on trusting the competence of the client and the power of awareness. By learning to perceive the system formed by any couple, small group or organization, and focusing on what the system is doing well, you will dramatically increase your ability to create
effective interventions that lead to change and growth.

In this workshop, senior faculty of the world-renowned Cape Cod Training Program will introduce you to key concepts and skills of this exciting model.  The workshop will include demonstration, lecture, experiential exercises and question and answer sessions.

Participants will learn to:

• Perceive a couple or group as a system, not just individuals

• Appreciate and articulate what the system is doing well

• Use yourself authentically, as an instrument of influence

• Develop trust that awareness leads to growth.
