Constant change has become a defining element of modern organizational life, requiring leaders who are flexible, adaptable, and skilled at working with people. As an executive, you depend on the people working with you to accomplish your business goals, so it is essential that you know how to get the best from them. The pressure to achieve necessitates constant learning: about your field, your teams, yourself, and how well you are working together.
Few leadership development programs teach the capabilities necessary to realize this goal. GISC’s Leadership Program uses a well-established and proven approach for increasing personal impact that will expand your knowledge about yourself as a leader and help you build on your strengths and those of the people who work with you.
The program is presented in two modules over a five-month period. It requires a commitment to attend both modules and to conduct a learning inquiry between sessions. Each participant will be provided with a coach who will work with you during, between and after both Modules, to support the integration and application of your learning.
The program provides a range of learning methods and tools: experiences that give you immediate learning about yourself and teamwork, opportunities for intensive skill practice, time to reflect on your own leadership and a set of concepts to help you raise the performance of your organization. Our aim is to ensure that you return to your organization with new skills, increased confidence to lead effectively and fresh perspectives on the role you perform.
