Donna Sabecky

After a disabling accident, Donna founded Community Connections at age 29,
and became one of the youngest Executives in the Northeast. Under her
leadership, Community Connections has grown to employ up to 300 staff,
serving over 675 individuals each day in 62 cities and towns in Southeastern Massachusetts.

Ms. Sabecky is also actively involved in State and Federal Disability and Health
Care policy reform. She sits on the boards of the Massachusetts Council on Human Service Providers, is the Vice President of the Association of Developmental Disabilities Providers and Clerk of the Cape Cod Disabilities Network. She has
been an invited speaker on disability issues in Massachusetts and other states.

Ms. Sabecky is also the lead consultant of Community Connections Consulting Services, offering Executive coaching, business development, leadership training
and strategic planning.
