Debra Brosan, MA OD

Debra Brosan, as a principal of Gestalt Works, LLC is dedicated to helping co-create effective, healthy institutions through organizational development, strategic planning, and training. Debra focuses on applying systems thinking on individual, group, organizational and communal levels. In the whole-systems approach, all work is interrelated and clients discover ways to solve their own challenges through heightened awareness.

Debra has the unique perspective of being specially trained in Gestalt
approaches to organization development, is a hands-on business leader,
and a long-term consultant that focuses on change. Debra has experienced
first hand the importance of clarity, dialogue and strategy, and she believes
it is the people who make the organization. Debra is currently collaborating
on an international book on change in volunteer organizations.
