Transforming the way you live and work in the world

Linda Geitner

Linda Geitner has a background as a professional basketball player and has been a coach for children. In her professional life she has held different roles as a manager in the fields of retail, banking and education. Linda is currently working as a leadership development advisor for a company that conducts coaching, open courses and in-house training. She also spends as much time as she can in mental healthcare and has studied psychology at the university.

"More than any organization I have been connected to, I am regularly reminded of GISC’s commitment not just to providing professional and personal development, but to changing peoples lives, and to making the world a better place."

Linda began to study Gestalt in 2014 and is a student of Gestaltakademin, GA in Stockholm, in training to be a Gestalt therapist. She is curious and loves to learn. She is “under construction” and will always be. Linda believes that lots of learning happens when she lets herself be wide open and that is one reason she likes the Cape Cod Training Program so much. It gives support for trying new things and encourages the state of being "picked apart" to let something new to arise, building new Gestalts.

Linda’s biggest asset is her self and her way of being curious about how she meets with others. She has great interest in her intuition and her ability to see with soft eyes. She is also very interested in communities and wants to learn and discover different possibilities of being and living together. Last year she travelled to Findhorn and Damanhur. She would like to go to both Auroville and Esalen. Linda loves to be barefoot and bare minded with her friends and family through play, yoga or just by being.
