Transforming the way you live and work in the world

Lucy Ball

Lucy Ball is a leadership and organization development consultant based in the UK. Her clients include PepsiCo, Royal Bank of Scotland, The National Lottery, UK Sport and National Health Service Trusts. She is an executive coach and facilitator working with individual leaders, with pairs of leaders and with executive teams.

"More than any organization I have been connected to, I am regularly reminded of GISC’s commitment not just to providing professional and personal development, but to changing peoples lives, and to making the world a better place."

Stuart Simon
LICSW , BCD
GISC Faculty Member

Lucy became a Professional Associate of GISC after falling in love with the Cape Cod Model. In particular she enjoys the optimism, awareness, support and stretch that it offers her clients. Lucy is passionate about life-long learning and as well as her work with organizational clients she likes to supervise, teach and mentor coaches and consultants in her field. She loves to collaborate and often works with colleagues and co-facilitators. Lucy has a passion for supporting female leaders to step into their power and potential and runs reflective developmental retreats for senior women in the UK.

When not working, Lucy can be found in the hills, on the beach or in the kitchen with her husband and two sons. She is a lover of the simple pleasures of food, music, nature and time with family and friends. She is also a rather inexpert knitter.
