Thank you Sonia,
Lately, I have been thinking a lot about old age. I just returned from my Aunt Louise's memorial service. She was 101 in February. She lived alone in rural Colorado. On a Friday she got sick and went to the hospital where she died the next day. When she was 97 she decided to write her memoir. She got the job done with plenty of time to spare.
I am 66 and in my third year as a Gestalt therapist. I guess I have not entered old age yet because I am always surprised to discover I am the oldest person in the room. I look forward to new learning, new relationships with clients, new self-confidence and the always new experience of creativity. I am grateful for so much to look forward to.
My best to all of you
