You will find a unique progression of leadership development programs available at GISC, whether you are a technical expert facing a leadership role for the first time, an experienced manager, a top senior executive, government leader, or entrepreneur. Even those who do not have a formal or executive title but need to influence and motivate others will find our leadership training valuable. Because we believe in an individiual process of leadership development and not a one size fits all approach, our staff is always available to help you choose the right program for you.

GISC leadership training ranges from short overview courses to intensive leadership development. Depending on your leadership experience and training you may want to start with our three day overview program. Others with highly demanding leadership responsibilities enroll in our intensive Leadership in the 21st Century, then return for annual conferences or engage their entire organization in adopting GISC's Gestalt leadership model by joining our Leadership Consortium.

We also feature other workshops and conferences on specific topic areas. Many of our leaders at all levels have found great value in the programs we have designed for consultants and coaches so you may want to explore our practitioner pages, as well as individual development programs.
