Are you looking to develop your skills in organizational consulting and development, executive coaching, individual or family therapy, social work or social change? Our practitioner programs are mulit-disciplinary, so you will find them all valuable to any application involving facilitating change. However, we do have specific paths of study for different roles. Cross-Disciplinary Training at GISC

One of GISC's unique features is that we train not only practitioners - consultants, coaches, and therapists - but also organizational leaders, executives, and other professionals. This makes for a diverse and rich environment where the work of one group serves to inform and enliven the other. Many of our practitioner participants find great value in the cross-training advantages of taking programs originally developed
for leaders and other individuals, and in the perspective that comes from learning
with people from other disciplines. Please visit those sections for additional
