To register by mail or fax, open the GISC Registration Form (by clicking on the link below). Print out the registration form and fill out the requested information. When the form is complete, please return it by fax, 508-349-7908, e-mail to office@gisc.org, or mail it to GISC at the address below.

If you wish to register for the Cape Cod Training Program or the Competency Development Program for Coach Certification, please download an application by clicking on the appropriate link below. :

Print and complete the application and submit the form along with a $250 non-refundable application fee (applicable to your tuition) by fax to 508-349-7908, e-mail to office@gisc.org, or mail to the address below. You may pay for the application fee using the online PayPal process below. Once you are notified that you have been accepted to the program, you will receive an invoice for the balance of the tuition due.

For all other programs, you may register immediately by mail, phone, fax, or online.

To register online, fill out the membership and program information below and click the “Continue to PayPal” button. You will be taken to the PayPal site for the secure processing of your payment. The information about the GISC program for which you are registering is automatically communicated to the PayPal site. PayPal is a secure site used for the processing of online payments. PayPal will ask you for the necessary financial information (credit card of banking information) to process your payment to GISC. A record of this payment will be sent to your email address. It will show that the payment has been made to GISC.
