PROGRAM REGISTRATION

Cancellation Policy:  Refunds are available up until 21 days prior to a program, less a $50 administration fee for most programs*.  When cancellation is made with notice of 20 days or less, tuition will not be refunded, but may be applied to a future program within the next calendar year. 


*Application fees for Cape Cod Training Program and Mastering Executive Leadership are non-refundable.  All but $50 of the Competency Development Program for Coach Certification (CDPCC) application fee is refundable.  See CDPCC program page for details and policies specific to that program.


Massachusetts Department of Occupational Licensure: A Competency Development Program for Coach Certification is licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Occupational Licensure (DOL). No other GISC programs are required to be licensed by the DOL.
