Cancellation Policy:  Refunds are available up until 21 days prior to a program, less a $50 administration fee for most programs*.  When cancellation is made with notice of 20 days or less, tuition will not be refunded, but may be applied to a future program within the next calendar year. 

*Application fees for Cape Cod Training Program, Mastering Executive Leadership, and the Competency Development Program for Coach Certification (CDPCC) are non-refundable.
