This interactive session focuses on GISC’s highly effective coaching approach—an approach that is designed to produce both rapid and enduring growth. In the session, we’ll explore the concept of Polarities, and how we use this concept to remove resistance to change and promote growth in our clients. These potent techniques, along with additional theories and practices, will help support you in the coaching process, and are all embedded in our coach certification program.

Successful completion of the Competency Development Program for Coach Certification results in a GISC Certified Coach credential and the opportunity to pursue credentialing by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
